What we do with your data.

When you submit the contact form we receive:

• your name, and your company if you give one;
• your email address, and your phone number if you give one;
• the message you write.

Our server also records your IP address and uses it to look up an approximate city and country, so we can see roughly where an enquiry came from. That lookup is done by a third party — see section 05.

We do not ask for anything else, and the site has no account, login or newsletter.

Solely to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it for anyone else's purposes.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering a contract — and, where an enquiry does not lead to one, Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us and in keeping a record of what was discussed.

12 months from our last contact with you, after which the enquiry is deleted. If it leads to a contract, the related records are kept for as long as that relationship and the law require.

You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — see section 07.

We keep the number of parties small and use them only as processors acting on our instructions:

• Amazon Web Services (SES) — delivers the notification and the acknowledgement you receive. Frankfurt, EU.
• Cloudflare — the Turnstile check on the form, which distinguishes people from bots, and delivery of the site itself.
• ipgeolocation.io — receives your IP address to resolve the approximate location described in section 02.
• Zoho — hosts the mailbox the enquiry lands in.
• Google — analytics, and only if you accept them. See section 06.

Submissions are stored on infrastructure we operate in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Two cookies are set without asking, because both are strictly necessary and there is nothing to opt out of: one of ours records whether you have answered the analytics prompt below, so you are not asked on every page; and Cloudflare Turnstile, the check that keeps the contact form's spam down, sets its own on any page that carries the form — which is every page on this site.

Nothing else is set unless you accept. If you accept, we load Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. If you decline, it is never loaded. You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to have it sent to you in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), the supervisory authority in Lithuania. We would rather you told us first.

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. Enquiries already sent are handled under the version in force when you sent them.
